partial fast
day 4
im on day 4 of a partial fast.
i was intending for it to be a full calorie fast..
instead, i've had 50-500calories each day.
most of the calories are from evoo and butter in bulletproof coffee.
on day 1 i had a bowl of collagen soup and 1 pickle
on day 2 i had a can of smokes mussels and 1 pickle
on day 3 i had a can of sardines, curry broth
on day 4 i had 2 cans of sardines
ive also had little bits of pineapple, fresh orange juice,
tomorrow i will have a large mexican meal at 5pm.
prbably not the best meal to break a fast, but its certainly a favorite.
i would do this fast again. i plan on incorporating canned sardines into my diet moving forward.
