ive worked 21/22 days so far this month, with an average of 7hr sleep daily. i also took a few naps and falling asleep/waking up has been better than usual.

I've felt great the past three weeks.
I will certainly get the NAC again, as it clearly gives me a boost of energy.
I'm about to finish off the month supply of NMN as well.
When combining all supplements before bed, including Melatonin and Magnesium, the energy boost outshines the drowsy-boost.
I'm going to take another melly.
My inflammation is lower but my bones have been aching more, and generally tender.
The skin tag I mentioned early has 99% cleared up today. I'm extremely shocked by this, and attribute it to both NMN and NAC.

NAC has been good, but I think that i discredited nmn. I ordered more nmn and i’ll see if my health skyrockets.
BAD: my eczema is back. Not sure why. Its not bad yet.
Skin feels thinner especially in neck.

i’m going to trial nmn without nac for 30 days
