drink more water
one of the things i was taught growing up, was to drink more water
pretty much everyone in my life, whetehr its friends, coworkers, classmates, or family
would agree that we should all be drinking more water.
specifically plain, filtered, water.
most are totally comfortable with tap water
others consume a lot of bottled water
and the general consensus is, if you only get your water thru
soda, coffee, juice, food,
then you are making a mistake,
and drinking 8 cups of water will improve your health
however, now i'm starting to doubt this narrative\
granted, i wouldn't suggest drinking soda, or juice,
but tea, and coffee are probably better options over tap/bottled water.
acv or lemon water could be ideal.
though i really dont know how bad my tap water is\
